Once I bought ShopRite Ultra Thins Diapers as an emergency measure and I was very disappointed! This diaper is stiff and uncomfortable for the baby, very expensive for its quality and a complete waste of money.Yes, it is still a diaper but the sides are rough, velcros are horrible and the absorbency is questionable. For the price comparison I came up with a small table:
Shoprite diapers:
Sage 2 -$9.35 for48 diapers ($0.19/each)
stage 3-$9.35 for 40 diapers ($0.23/each)
Stage 4 - $9.35 for 34 diapers ($0.28/each)
Stage 5- $9.35 for 30 diapers ($0.31/each)
Stage 6 - $9.35 for 26 diapers ($0.36/each)
ShopRite Training Pants - For Boys 2T - 3T -$11.65 for 29 diapers ($0.40/each)
ShopRite Training Pants - For Girls 2T - 3T - $11.65 for 29 diapers ($0.40/each)
Huggies diapers (which are of a much better quality):
Size 1 - $9.99 for 50 diapers ($0.20/each)
Size 2- $9.99 for 42 diapers ($0.24/each)
Size 3- $9.99 for 36 diapers($0.28/each) ]
Size 4- $9.99 for 31 diapers($0.32/each)
Size 5-$9.99 for 27 diapers($0.37/each)
Size 6-$9.99 for 23 diapers ($0.43/each)
So, as you can see, you are paying the same price for a much poorer quality while buying Shoprite Ultra Thins Diapers instead of Huggies! |
